Shipping Protection is an optional add-on that covers your order if it goes missing on its way to you.

What's covered

• Your parcel is lost in transit
• Your parcel is stolen before you receive it
• Your parcel never arrives

If any of these happen, get in touch with our support team with your order number. Once we've confirmed what happened with the carrier, we'll send a free reshipment of your full order — no extra cost, no fuss.

What's not covered

• Orders sent to an address entered incorrectly at checkout — please double-check your details before ordering
• Delivery delays where your parcel is still on its way (tracking will show this)

How to make a claim

Just contact us with your order number and a quick note about what happened. We'll take it from there.
